How this differs from existing on-line programs

Buying into online leadership programmes such as those run by the big business schools has limited use. Most business school leadership programmes are heavy on theory, academic-based and inflexible.

Face-to-face in-house or off-site development programs, seminars and gatherings are expensive, particularly if bringing together a global community of leaders and future leaders.
